2、用HE染色法、免疫組化法,觀察3組大鼠肺組織病理變化及p38MAPK、c—fos蛋白的表達程度。結果針刺組大鼠肺組織HE染色病理改變較哮喘模型組有所減輕,但較空白紐重。免疫紐化結果顯示,針刺組大鼠肺組織p38MAPK、c—los蛋白表達(AOD值)低于哮喘模型組(P<0.01)。結論針刺法具有良好的抗炎作用,能有效緩解大鼠哮喘發(fā)作。該法能明顯抑制哮喘大鼠肺組織p38MAPK、c—fos的表達。其治療作用機制:可能與MAPK接受細胞外針刺刺激發(fā)生反應,又參與細胞內的信息傳遞過程有關。關鍵詞:哮喘;P3
