1、中華超聲影像學雜志2014年2月第23卷第2期ChinJUltrasonogr,F(xiàn)ebruary2014,Vol23,No.2·133·.臨床研究.胎重估測系統(tǒng)對胎兒體重估測的準確性評估陳萍余錦華汪源源常才幸文瓊江泉【摘要】目的探討胎重估測系統(tǒng)對胎兒體重估測的準確性。方法采用復旦大學電子工程系研制的胎重估測系統(tǒng)在多家醫(yī)院進行胎兒體重估測,比較系統(tǒng)估測的結果和實際出生體重的誤差,并比較系統(tǒng)估測與傳統(tǒng)方法估測的準確性。結果采集610例胎兒產(chǎn)前圖像和數(shù)據(jù)及產(chǎn)后體重,系統(tǒng)測量得出的雙頂徑、頭圍、腹圍和股骨長度與胎兒出生體重的相關性比手動測量各指標的相關性有所提高,相關系數(shù)分別提高了0
2、.08、0.17、0.09和0.05;與實際出生體重比較,用系統(tǒng)方法估測體重的絕對誤差比傳統(tǒng)方法的結果降低了44g,誤差的方差也降低了53g;絕對百分比誤差降低了1.8,方差百分比降低了1.5。結論胎重估測系統(tǒng)使得產(chǎn)前超聲估測更加準確,可為臨床提供更加可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。【關鍵詞】超聲檢查,產(chǎn)前;胎兒體重EvaluationoftheaccuracyofthefetalweightestimationsysteminestimatingthefetalweightChenPing,YuJinhua,WangYuanyuan,ChangCai,XingWenqiong,JiangQua
