1、依照Hofstede的文化維度理論,國家間文化的差異可以被歸納為5個(gè)不同的維度,分別為:1.Power/Distance(PD)–Thisreferstothedegreeofinequalitythatexists–andisaccepted–amongpeoplewithandwithoutpower.AhighPDscore:societyacceptsanunequaldistributionofpowerandpeopleunderstand"theirplace"inthesystem.LowPD:powerissharedandwelldispersed.It

2、alsomeansthatsocietymembersviewthemselvesasequals.(權(quán)力距離:指的是社會(huì)中對(duì)于“權(quán)力分配不均等”的接受程度,或是說,在社會(huì)之中權(quán)利分配的分散或集中程度。)2.Individualism(IDV)–Thisreferstothestrengthofthetiespeoplehavetootherswithinthecommunity.AhighIDVscoreindicatesalooseconnectionwithpeople.IncountrieswithahighIDVscorethereisalackofinterpe

3、rsonalconnectionandlittlesharingofresponsibility,beyondfamilyandperhapsafewclosefriends.AsocietywithalowIDVscorewouldhavestronggroupcohesion,andtherewouldbealargeamountofloyaltyandrespectformembersofthegroup.Thegroupitselfisalsolargerandpeopletakemoreresponsibilityforeachother'swellbeing.(
