2、隨機分為腹針組和針刺組，每組48例，均按照臨床病理分期分為疼痛期和粘連期。其中腹針組疼痛期患者24例，穴取中脘、健側(cè)商曲、惠側(cè)滑肉門等，腹針組粘連期患者24例，穴取中脘、下脘、氣海、關(guān)元等；針刺組疼痛期和粘連期患者各24例，穴取患側(cè)肩髑、肩謬、肩貞等。兩組均每周治療3次，3周為一療程，共計9次。所有患者治療前后分別以視覺模擬評分(VAS)評定疼痛程度，以功能活動積分(Melle評分)評定肩關(guān)節(jié)功能情況。結(jié)果：治療1個療程后兩組療效比較，腹針組疼痛期和粘連期總有效率分別為95．8(23／24)和91．7(22，／24)，針刺組疼痛期和
