2、參考?!痉椒ā繌膹V西各芒果產(chǎn)區(qū)采集芒果炭疽病病樣分離、純化芒果炭疽病菌菌株,采用菌絲生長(zhǎng)速率法測(cè)定芒果炭疽病菌對(duì)咪鮮胺的敏感性。I結(jié)果】共分離獲得53株芒果炭疽病菌菌株,53株菌株對(duì)咪鮮胺的Ec勛為0.0244M).2572mg/L,平均為0.0916mg/t,其中采自凌云縣均亭村的菌株LYl2的EC。最小(0.0244mg/L),采自田東縣平馬鎮(zhèn)東達(dá)村的菌株TDl22的Ec,(0.2572mg/L)最大,后者為前者的10.5倍?!窘Y(jié)論】來(lái)自廣西主要芒果產(chǎn)區(qū)的53株芒果炭疽病菌對(duì)咪鮮胺仍具有較高的敏感性,未產(chǎn)生抗藥性亞群體,
