1、2015,34(4):627-632農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)2015年4月JournalofAgro-EnvironmentScience海桐(Pittosporumtobira)對(duì)污染土壤中鎘的耐受和吸收特征*曹霞,郭朝暉,肖細(xì)元,劉亞男,曾鵬(中南大學(xué)冶金與環(huán)境學(xué)院環(huán)境工程研究所,長(zhǎng)沙410083)摘要:通過(guò)盆栽實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了海桐對(duì)土壤中鎘(Cd)的耐受和吸收特征。動(dòng)態(tài)取樣研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)土壤中Cd含量為9.6mg·kg-1時(shí)可對(duì)海桐生長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用,當(dāng)Cd含量為24.6mg·kg-1時(shí)對(duì)海桐產(chǎn)生抑制作用;海桐對(duì)污染土壤中Cd有一定吸收能力,吸收量隨土壤中Cd含量增加而增加。
2、培養(yǎng)154d后,與對(duì)照處理(土壤Cd含量為3.6mg·kg-1)相比,當(dāng)土壤中Cd含量為9.6mg·kg-1時(shí),海桐根、莖、葉干重,葉片中葉綠素a、葉綠素b和類胡蘿卜素含量及丙二醛含量沒(méi)有明顯變化;當(dāng)Cd含量達(dá)到24.6mg·kg-1時(shí),海桐根、莖、葉干重分別降低了38.7%、5.2%和52.5%,葉片中葉綠素a、葉綠素b及類胡蘿卜素含量分別是對(duì)照處理的71.3%、68.2%和75%,丙二醛含量為對(duì)照處理的1.52倍。研究表明,海桐可作為Cd污染土壤修復(fù)的備選植物,在修復(fù)土壤的同時(shí)改善環(huán)境景觀。關(guān)鍵詞:鎘;景觀植物;海桐;丙二醛含量;植物修復(fù)中圖分類號(hào):X53文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志
