2、0082)摘要：為探明打葉時(shí)間對(duì)烤煙產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的影響，以湘煙3號(hào)為供試品種，研究了6種不同打葉時(shí)間處理烤煙的綜合性狀。結(jié)果表明：(1)烤煙產(chǎn)量、產(chǎn)值、均價(jià)、上等煙比例和中上等煙比例均受打葉時(shí)間影響極顯著。(2)隨著摘除腳葉時(shí)間的推遲，烤煙色素質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)逐漸降低；多酚在采收上部葉時(shí)棄采一片頂葉情況下逐漸增高而在圓頂情況下打掉頂部一片葉時(shí)先降低后增高；煙堿質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在中部葉先減少后增加而在下部葉先增加后減少；隨著摘除頂葉時(shí)間的推遲，烤煙色素、多酚和中上部葉煙堿質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)逐漸降低；下部葉煙堿質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在打頂時(shí)摘除腳葉情況下逐漸降低而在打頂后5d或10d摘除腳葉時(shí)逐漸
