2、深度循環(huán)溶劑中的液化效果結(jié)果表明,隨著溶劑加氫反應(yīng)溫度的升高,循環(huán)溶劑的硫、氮含量逐漸降低,氫/碳原子比增加;加氫反應(yīng)溫度由34o~c升至38o0C時(shí),循環(huán)溶劑的芳碳率()不斷減小,供氫指數(shù)(PDQI)逐漸增大,供氫能力增強(qiáng)。采用380℃加氫反應(yīng)的循環(huán)溶劑進(jìn)行煤液化時(shí),煤的轉(zhuǎn)化率和油收率均達(dá)到最大值,分別為88.64和57.63。當(dāng)溶劑加氫反應(yīng)溫度達(dá)到390~C時(shí),循環(huán)溶劑的供氫指數(shù)出現(xiàn)降低,芳碳率增加,供氫能力減弱,煤在此溶劑中加氫液化的轉(zhuǎn)化率和油收率均有所降低,分別為88.22%和55.17%。關(guān)鍵詞:煤液化;上灣煤;循環(huán)溶劑;溶劑加氫;供氫性中圖
