2、花期,堿性磷酸酶活性高峰期出現(xiàn)在拔節(jié)期;土壤脲酶活性隨生育進(jìn)程整體呈上升趨勢(shì),且在揚(yáng)花期和收獲期出現(xiàn)較大值。在旱地小麥的各個(gè)生育期,壟膜溝播和平膜穴播2種種植方式較相同施肥量測(cè)控施肥的土壤蔗糖酶和堿性磷酸酶活性均有較大提高,而土壤脲酶活性變化幅度不明顯;不同施肥量的測(cè)控施肥的3種土壤酶活性較農(nóng)戶施肥均有一定提高,但提高幅度較??;從小麥產(chǎn)量角度看,壟膜溝播和平膜穴播這2種種植方式能有效進(jìn)行蓄水保墑,從而提高旱地麥田的產(chǎn)量,是小麥增產(chǎn)的重要措施。關(guān)鍵詞:種植方式;旱地小麥;土壤酶活性;/b麥產(chǎn)量中圖分類號(hào):S512.11文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):10
