1、第46卷第9期今雞學(xué)玻萬bl.46Nog2010年9月第1093一1097頁ACTAMETALLURGICASINICASePt.2010PP.1093一1097電解法處理船舶壓載水對艙體用鋼腐蝕行為的影響*劉光洲王建明張鑒清曹楚南(浙江大學(xué)化學(xué)系,杭州310027)摘要采用開路電位一時間和電化學(xué)阻抗譜等測量方法,研究了3.5%NaCI水溶液中總余氯(TRC)含量對船用低碳鋼Q235腐蝕行為的影響.結(jié)果表明,艙體金屬腐蝕可以分為表面迅速氧化,表面形成氧化物覆蓋層,覆蓋層發(fā)生破損導(dǎo)致腐蝕3個階段.TRC含量較低(如5和10mg/L)時,壓載
2、艙壁金屬的腐蝕略有增強.而當(dāng)TRC含量較高時(如20mg/L),則可以促進艙體金屬表面鈍化并形成致密腐蝕產(chǎn)物而堵塞氧化物覆蓋層的破損,致使艙體金屬的開路電位提高,電荷傳遞電阻增加,使艙體金屬的抗腐蝕能力增強.電解法壓載水處理在殺滅水生生物的同時對于壓載艙壁金屬腐蝕而言是安全的,且較高的TRC含量在提高殺滅效率縮短殺滅時間的同時,并不會導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的艙壁金屬腐蝕.關(guān)鍵詞壓載水,電解處理,低碳鋼,腐蝕,電化學(xué)方法中圖法分類號0646.6文獻標(biāo)識碼A文章編號0412一196一(2010)09一1093一05EFFECTOFELECTROLYTIC
