1、摘要針對晶體管串聯(lián)提供穩(wěn)壓電源的具有體積很大而且笨重的工頻變壓器,體積和重量都很大的濾波器,占用較大空間,質(zhì)量較大,效率較低不適用現(xiàn)在電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展的的缺點,提出了發(fā)展新型電源的意見。為了能夠適用電力電子越小型化、輕型化的要求,開關(guān)電源隨之出現(xiàn)。開關(guān)電源采用功率半導(dǎo)體作為開關(guān)元件,通過周期性通斷開關(guān),控制開關(guān)元件的占空來調(diào)整輸出電壓,因為開關(guān)電源是直接對電網(wǎng)電壓進(jìn)行整流、濾波、調(diào)整,不需要電源變壓器,工作頻率高,濾波電容小、電感小,所以體積相對較小,而且開關(guān)電源的功耗較低,對電網(wǎng)的適用能力強,所以開關(guān)電源的應(yīng)用逐漸取代了傳統(tǒng)的電源。開關(guān)電源的發(fā)展促使了電力電子器件朝著輕薄化的發(fā)展,開關(guān)電
