1、論文題目:典型難加工材料深孔鉆削工藝及試驗研究專業(yè):機(jī)械制造及自動化碩士生:黃華(簽名)流單指導(dǎo)教師:劉戰(zhàn)鋒(簽名)彭海(簽名)摘要機(jī)械制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,在切削加工中,孔加工約占加工總量的三分之一,而深孔加工又占孔加工的百分之四十。由于深孔是在封閉或半封閉的狀況下進(jìn)行,因此不能直接觀察刀具的切削情況、切削熱不易傳散,而且排屑困難、工藝系統(tǒng)剛性差,切削效果不理想。尤其是難加工材料的深孔鉆削加工是目前國內(nèi)外的技術(shù)難題。本課題在對深孔鉆削機(jī)理、DF和BTA系統(tǒng)排屑機(jī)理進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,在不銹鋼、欽合金和高溫鎳基合金的切削性能深入研究的基礎(chǔ)
2、上,合理選用刀具材料,設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)合理BTA鉆頭,選用優(yōu)良的切削液,對不銹鋼(OCrl7Ni4Cu4Nb)進(jìn)行深孔鉆削試驗,試驗孔徑由‘14.6mm,長度410mm和對欽合金(TC6,TC11)進(jìn)行深孔鉆削試驗,試驗孔徑(D64mm,長度1500mm左右以及對高溫鎳基合金(16X3H(DMB)進(jìn)行試驗,試驗孔徑中13.4mm、014.4mm,長度400mm,600mm。試驗結(jié)果證明試驗用鉆削系統(tǒng)鉆削效果良好,工藝可靠,并且還對產(chǎn)生良好工藝效果的原因進(jìn)行了分析。關(guān)鍵詞:深孔鉆削、內(nèi)排屑深孔鉆、刀片材料、不銹鋼、欽合金、高溫鎳基合金論文類型:應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)
