2、接觸理論,推導(dǎo)隨齒面接觸溫度變化的嚙合剛度的表達式。建立綜合考慮齒面接觸溫度、時變嚙合剛度、齒面摩擦、齒側(cè)間隙、綜合嚙合誤差等因素的單級直齒圓柱齒輪系統(tǒng)非線性動力學模型。對該模型進行研究,分析摩擦因數(shù)、載荷對齒面閃溫的影響及系統(tǒng)的動力學特性。計算結(jié)果顯示,齒面閃溫在齒根和齒頂嚙合時達到最大,而在節(jié)點附近接近于零。這表明所提出的齒面閃溫計算方法能在一定程度上反映齒輪嚙合時的溫度變化和滑動情況,該方法在計算齒面溫度變化時其基本規(guī)律是正確的。對比考慮齒面接觸溫度與否的分岔圖發(fā)現(xiàn),齒面接觸溫度對系統(tǒng)動力學行為有明顯的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:齒輪:齒面接觸溫度;建模;非線性
