2、1021(厚果皮,100.23μm)的190個(gè)BC1F2家系為作圖群體,分別采用2種遺傳模型檢測(cè)QTL?;趶?fù)合區(qū)間作圖(CIM)共檢測(cè)到3個(gè)影響果皮厚度的QTL,位于3.01、6.01、8.05區(qū)段,分別解釋8.6%、16.0%和7.2%的表型變異,其中3.01和8.05處QTL以加性效應(yīng)為主;基于混合線性CIM模型(MCIM)共檢測(cè)到5個(gè)影響果皮厚度的QTL,其中除8.05處QTL為加性QTL外,另有2對(duì)加×加上位性互作QTL,1對(duì)是2.01和6.05處QTL之間的互作,另1對(duì)則是5.06和6.
3、01處QTL間的互作。這2對(duì)互作QTL分別解釋了6.63%和12.48%的表型變異率。本結(jié)果表明,加性效應(yīng)和上位性互作效應(yīng)等都在果皮厚度的形成和遺傳中起重要作用。能夠檢測(cè)QTL上位互作的MCIM模型更適用于果皮厚度QTL定位。本研究還在其中4個(gè)QTL的區(qū)域內(nèi)分別檢索到胚乳中色素合成以及細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)變的相關(guān)候選基因,這些基因的表達(dá)是否與果皮厚度的變異有關(guān)值得進(jìn)一步研究。關(guān)鍵詞:甜玉米;果皮厚度;QTL;上位性互作MappingandEpistaticInteractionsofQTLsforPericarp
