2、。【方法】以栽培大豆晉豆23為母本,半野生大豆灰布支黑豆(ZDD2315)為父本所衍生的447個(gè)RIL構(gòu)建的SSR遺傳圖譜及混合線性模型分析方法,對(duì)3年大豆粒形性狀進(jìn)行主效QTL、環(huán)境互作和QTL問上位性檢測?!窘Y(jié)果】共檢測到7個(gè)與粒長、粒寬、粒厚以及長寬比、長厚比和寬厚比相關(guān)的QTL,分別位于D2、C2、J一2和0連鎖群上,其中粒長、長厚比和寬厚比均表現(xiàn)為遺傳正效應(yīng),說明增加其等位基因來源于母本晉豆23。同時(shí),檢測到3對(duì)影響粒寬和寬厚比的加性×加性上位性互作效應(yīng)及其與環(huán)境互作的QTL。【結(jié)論】主效QTL對(duì)粒形性
