1、摘要水性UV油墨主要是由預聚物(水基光固化樹脂)、光引發(fā)劑、顏料、胺類物質(zhì)、水、助溶劑和其它添加劑等配制而成。其結(jié)合了UV油墨和水性油墨的優(yōu)點,擁有比單獨UV油墨或水性油墨更好的印刷適性。其干燥固化結(jié)合了UV光固化和水性油墨滲透蒸發(fā)二種干燥形式,具體說主要有兩種干燥方式:水性體系的預揮發(fā)干燥和紫外光固化。這是一種新型的環(huán)保型UV油墨,主要應用于PET塑料表面的印刷。水性UV光油以水和乙醇作為稀釋劑,其干燥速度、附著力等都受到水性UV光固化樹脂在光油中所占比例的影響,實驗需通過不斷改變水性UV光固化樹脂的比例來測試水性UV光油的固化性能,綜合各個參數(shù),尋求最佳配比。通過在最佳
2、比例的水性UV光固化樹脂的條件下,配制水性UV光油,改變添加劑的種類、含量,顏料的種類及含量后,研磨油墨后以絲網(wǎng)印刷的方式,通過300目/cm,繃網(wǎng)張力在20N/cm以上的絲網(wǎng)印刷在PET塑料表面,測試其干燥速度和油墨附著力,并通過不斷改變實驗條件來改善其干燥速度和附著力。關(guān)鍵詞:水性UV油墨最佳配比干燥速度附著力ABSTRACTWatercharacterUVprintinginkismainlymadeupwithprepolymer(water-basephoto-curingresin)、Lightinitiator、Pigment、Aminesmaterial,w
