1、摘要在當今經(jīng)濟全球化、市場競爭日趨激烈的時代,在新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)時間逐漸縮短的同時,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量成為企業(yè)能否在激烈的市場競爭中取勝的關(guān)鍵因素。挖掘機作為一種高效的施工設(shè)備,在當今中國大規(guī)模的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著重要用,液壓挖掘機具有多品種,多功能,高質(zhì)量及高效率等特點,受到了廣大施工作業(yè)單位的青睞。國外著名廠家的液壓挖掘機在設(shè)計方法上重視試驗研究工作,重視電子計算機技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,而國內(nèi)的廠家則更多的停留在測繪仿制階段,系統(tǒng)的計算機輔助設(shè)計應(yīng)用還不夠廣泛,不夠成熟,因此傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方法已很難滿足設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)的需要,只有將計算
2、機輔助技術(shù)融入到整個系統(tǒng)設(shè)計當中,才是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)快速設(shè)計的最佳方案。本論文對挖掘機工作裝置進行建模、裝配,并對動臂進行參數(shù)化分析。然后將整個模型導(dǎo)入到多體動力學(xué)仿真分析軟件ADAMS中,建立虛擬樣機模型,對挖掘機進行順序動作和復(fù)合動作的運動學(xué)與動力學(xué)仿真分析。將虛擬樣機技術(shù)引入到挖掘機設(shè)計分析領(lǐng)域,提高產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計效率和設(shè)計質(zhì)量,從而縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期,節(jié)約開發(fā)成本。于改進原有產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計,或進行新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)研制,對提高此類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計質(zhì)量很有實用意義。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓挖掘機參數(shù)化仿真ADAMS分析48Forparame
