1、摘要論文編號(hào):論文題目:基于三角放大原理的壓電型精密定位機(jī)構(gòu)研究I摘要摘要本文來(lái)源于“壓電式大負(fù)荷精密驅(qū)動(dòng)方法及機(jī)構(gòu)研究”博士基金課題,對(duì)一種納米分辨力微位移定位機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,提出了以壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)器作為驅(qū)動(dòng)元件,以三角放大原理為機(jī)理的柔性鉸鏈機(jī)構(gòu)作為位移輸出的柔順定位機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。文中首先對(duì)微位移定位機(jī)構(gòu)的基本組成和壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)器基本理論做了論述,闡述了層疊型壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)器的工作原理、柔性鉸鏈的工作原理,并對(duì)柔性鉸鏈的轉(zhuǎn)角剛度公式進(jìn)行了推導(dǎo),并編制了相應(yīng)的計(jì)算程序。隨后本文進(jìn)行了微位移機(jī)定位機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)微位移
2、機(jī)構(gòu)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了理論分析和建模,得出微位移機(jī)構(gòu)的放大倍數(shù)和力輸出特性,接著利用有限元分析軟件對(duì)微位移定位機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,得出了機(jī)構(gòu)的位移輸入和輸出之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)行了機(jī)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力校核,并對(duì)鉸鏈的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。最后設(shè)計(jì)制作了微位移定位移機(jī)構(gòu)的樣機(jī),并進(jìn)行了位移—電壓特性、位移分辨力等測(cè)試,對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析后,得出了結(jié)論:定位機(jī)構(gòu)的行程為3.5μm,分辨率為18nm。關(guān)鍵詞:壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)器;柔性鉸鏈;三角原理;微位移定位機(jī)構(gòu);納米分辨力IAbstractAbstractFromtheDr.Foundscheme“Theresea
