1、不同溫度正火對(duì)中碳低合金鋼顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響摘要:不同溫度下正火可以改變材料的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。利用維氏硬度計(jì),掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM),萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)等設(shè)備來(lái)分析不同正火溫度對(duì)中碳低合金鋼的組織及力學(xué)性能的影響是非常必要的。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)分許可知,隨著正火溫度的升高,顯微組織晶粒略有長(zhǎng)大,但珠光體組織顯著的由條狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閳F(tuán)塊狀。正火材料的顯微組織均由珠光體和鐵素體構(gòu)成;隨著正火溫度的升高,材料抗拉強(qiáng)度呈單調(diào)增加趨勢(shì),尤其是正火溫度由810℃上升到840℃,抗拉強(qiáng)度發(fā)生急劇變化。這歸因于材料中的珠光體團(tuán)有足夠的
2、時(shí)間由條狀轉(zhuǎn)換為團(tuán)塊狀。隨著正火溫度的升高,盡管沖擊韌性具有一定的波動(dòng),但總體呈增加趨勢(shì);當(dāng)正火溫度為840℃,奧氏體化時(shí)間為30min,可獲得性能良好的K55鋼,組織由珠光體和鐵素體構(gòu)成,0℃時(shí)沖擊吸收功大于104J,抗拉強(qiáng)度為718Mpa,滿(mǎn)足APISPEC5CT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)K55鋼級(jí)別性能的要求。關(guān)鍵詞:顯微組織;正火處理;斷口;拉伸性能;沖擊韌性Theeffectofdifferentnormalizingtemperatureonmicrostructureandmechanicspropertieso
