1、組織工程骨修復(fù)山羊負(fù)重骨大段骨缺損的長期觀察作者:陳濱1;裴國獻(xiàn)1;王珂2;唐光輝1 (1南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)南方醫(yī)院創(chuàng)傷骨科,廣東廣州510515;2解放軍153中心醫(yī)院骨科,河南鄭州450042)摘要:目的??探討組織工程骨修復(fù)山羊大段負(fù)重骨骨缺損的長期效果及所用支架材料珊瑚羥基磷灰石的體內(nèi)最終轉(zhuǎn)歸情況。方法??中國青山羊15只,制備單側(cè)脛骨2cm的骨膜與骨缺損,缺損內(nèi)植入組織工程骨(珊瑚羥基磷灰石+經(jīng)誘導(dǎo)分化的骨髓基質(zhì)干細(xì)胞)。術(shù)后早期行ECT、X線、組織學(xué)等手段檢測,評價骨缺損修復(fù)情況。遠(yuǎn)期在術(shù)后6、12、18、24月行X線及組織學(xué)檢查,評價骨缺損修復(fù)情況及珊瑚羥基磷灰石的體內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)歸。結(jié)果
2、??早期ECT顯示在術(shù)后2個月內(nèi)骨再生和再血管化進(jìn)展順利,X線和組織學(xué)顯示術(shù)后組織工程骨成骨呈漸進(jìn)性和偏心性;遠(yuǎn)期X線和組織學(xué)顯示組織工程骨與山羊脛骨牢固愈合,并開始塑形且出現(xiàn)髓腔再通,珊瑚羥基磷灰石在體內(nèi)逐漸成為骨基質(zhì)的組成成分,自身架構(gòu)消失。結(jié)論??組織工程骨可以完全修復(fù)山羊大段負(fù)重骨骨缺損,形成正常骨組織并發(fā)揮功能;珊瑚羥基磷灰石最終被降解轉(zhuǎn)化成骨基質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:骨組織工程;山羊;脛骨/損傷;骨缺損;珊瑚羥基磷灰石;骨髓基質(zhì)干細(xì)胞中圖分類號:R687.3;R318.17??文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A??文章編號:1673-4254(2006)06-0770-04 Long-termobservat
