2、產(chǎn)安全等方面的制約。本文作者從工藝的合理性出發(fā),分析了電機(jī)碳刷架的結(jié)構(gòu),精度特點(diǎn),以及在加工過(guò)程中的控制點(diǎn),然后在滿足加工精度的基礎(chǔ)上充分考慮節(jié)約成本確定了電機(jī)炭刷架最優(yōu)化的沖裁加工工序;緊接著通過(guò)熟悉各類模具的加工特點(diǎn)及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),完成模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)分析;隨后作者進(jìn)行毛坯尺寸、排樣、工序尺寸、沖壓壓力、壓力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工藝計(jì)算,力爭(zhēng)以最好的性價(jià)比設(shè)計(jì)了模具各零件的結(jié)構(gòu)及裝配關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定模具的外形,完成了裝配圖和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的零件圖。最后確定壓力機(jī)類型及主要參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞:沖孔模;落料模;彎曲模;沖壓壓力;壓力機(jī)TheColdStampingDi
