2、。同時它的應(yīng)用和普遍也受到模具壽命和生產(chǎn)安全等方面的制約。本文作者從工藝的合理性出發(fā)，分析了電機(jī)碳刷架的結(jié)構(gòu)，精度特點，以及在加工過程中的控制點，然后在滿足加工精度的基礎(chǔ)上充分考慮節(jié)約成本確定了電機(jī)炭刷架最優(yōu)化的沖裁加工工序；緊接著通過熟悉各類模具的加工特點及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，完成模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)分析；隨后作者進(jìn)行毛坯尺寸、排樣、工序尺寸、沖壓壓力、壓力中心、模具工作部分尺寸等工藝計算，力爭以最好的性價比設(shè)計了模具各零件的結(jié)構(gòu)及裝配關(guān)系，在此基礎(chǔ)上確定模具的外形，完成了裝配圖和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的零件圖。最后確定壓力機(jī)類型及主要參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞
