1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目?50-?110七輥矯直機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名學(xué)號(hào)院(系)機(jī)電工程學(xué)院專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師時(shí)間2016年6月12日摘要現(xiàn)代化的棒材生產(chǎn)中,精整是生產(chǎn)的最后階段,而棒材矯直是精整最重要的工序,它直接決定了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,經(jīng)過(guò)矯直的橢圓度和直線度高的棒材才具有高的價(jià)值。矯直機(jī)作為棒材矯直的最重要設(shè)備,決定著圓鋼的最終質(zhì)量。七輥棒材矯直機(jī)是在總結(jié)近年來(lái)所具有國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平的多臺(tái)大規(guī)格棒材矯直機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)而來(lái)。該機(jī)為八立柱七斜輥棒材矯直機(jī),采用了預(yù)應(yīng)力機(jī)架及可靠的液壓工作原理,使輥縫值具有較高精度,對(duì)棒材在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的彎曲和橢圓度具有明
2、顯的矯直效果。本文在學(xué)習(xí)矯直技術(shù)的基本方法和原理的基礎(chǔ)上,掌握了基本矯直變形理論。首先,確定了總體方案。其次,研究了棒材的彎曲變形和彎矩,以及作用在各輥上的矯直力,推導(dǎo)出計(jì)算矯直力的力學(xué)模型,確定相對(duì)反彎曲率并進(jìn)行輥型設(shè)計(jì)。然后對(duì)主要承受力的零、部件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。最后進(jìn)行電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器以及聯(lián)軸器的選型,對(duì)矯直機(jī)的安裝和維護(hù)進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。關(guān)鍵字:七斜輥矯直;輥型;矯直力;力學(xué)模型全套圖紙加第33頁(yè)AbstractIntheprocessofmodernsteelbarproducation,therigordisposalofsteelbaristhelastpha
