3、ons.Theindividualspreferencesoverconsequencesarecapturedbyautilityfunction.Theprobabilitydistributionoverstatesofnatureandtheutilityfunctionoverconsequences,bothofwhicharesubjective,1arecombinedbytheexpected-utilityruletoinduceanexpectedutilityoveractions.Anindividualmustchooseamongactsors
