3、omicandpoliticalresources.This“DevelopmentalNetworkState”hashadasigni?cantimpactonthegrowthofIreland’shigh-techclusterandiscentraltotheemergenceofaninternationalnetworkof“globalhigh-techregions”fromSiliconValleytoIreland,Taiwan,andIsrael.Thebookprovidesadetailedstudyof
