2、了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間對產(chǎn)物性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:以水合聯(lián)氨為還原劑采用化學(xué)還原法可以成功制備出性能優(yōu)良的納米級納米銀顆粒。本文還以實(shí)驗(yàn)制備出的納米銀顆粒作為導(dǎo)電填料、以聚氨酯樹脂和丙烯酸樹脂為連接料、以無水乙醇和乙酸乙酯為溶劑,并加入其他助劑(消泡劑、偶聯(lián)劑等)制備出導(dǎo)電油墨。將制備好的導(dǎo)電油墨涂覆于玻璃片上,然后置于不同溫度的干燥箱中,確定所制備導(dǎo)電油墨的固化溫度為100℃的恒溫干燥箱中保存40min,最后再對固化后的油墨進(jìn)行表征,本論文采用百格法測試附著力,再電阻測試儀測試電阻并計算出電阻
