2、定了采用領(lǐng)從蹄式制動(dòng)器作為吉利全球鷹后輪制動(dòng)器的總體方案;制動(dòng)力和制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù)、同步附著系數(shù)、制動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和附著系數(shù)利用率、制動(dòng)器最大制動(dòng)力矩、制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與摩擦系數(shù)是制動(dòng)器的主要參數(shù);促動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)包括促動(dòng)裝置選型、制動(dòng)管路的回路選型、制動(dòng)輪缸的直徑和工作容積、制動(dòng)踏板力和制動(dòng)行程、制動(dòng)力矩、制動(dòng)器熱容量等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù);對(duì)制動(dòng)蹄壓力分布規(guī)律和徑向變形規(guī)律、行車(chē)制動(dòng)效能、摩擦襯片的磨損特性、溫升的核算、駐車(chē)制動(dòng)極限傾角等性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析;完成了制動(dòng)臂、制動(dòng)凸輪軸、制動(dòng)蹄支承銷(xiāo)、緊固摩擦片鉚釘?shù)戎饕悴考慕Y(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度校核;通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度校核、CATIA三維模型建立及工程圖的繪制
