1、攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文堿溶粉煤灰提取硅工藝條件的優(yōu)化學(xué)生姓名:學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào):1院(系):攀枝花學(xué)院生化系年級(jí)專業(yè):08級(jí)環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師:二〇一二年五月攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要摘要本文主要以攀枝花的粉煤灰為基本材料,參照堿溶粉煤灰提取硅工藝條件優(yōu)化,提出堿溶粉煤灰提取二氧化硅工藝,并通過控制各條件達(dá)到二氧化硅提取條件的優(yōu)化。通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)粉煤灰粒度,NaOH初始濃度、液固比、堿溶時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度各因素對(duì)粉煤灰提取的影響,又通過正交試驗(yàn)考察制備條件NaOH初始濃度、液固比、堿溶時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度各因素對(duì)氧化硅提取的影響,并確定最優(yōu)條件組確定最優(yōu)方案,并確定影響硅提取率各因素的強(qiáng)弱。結(jié)
