2、但是，想要更好地解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題，最關(guān)鍵的就是大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村的教育事業(yè)。農(nóng)村教育在我國(guó)教育體系中占有重要的比例，而小學(xué)教育在農(nóng)村教育中起著基礎(chǔ)性的作用。因此，發(fā)展農(nóng)村的小學(xué)教育事業(yè)不僅可以提高廣大農(nóng)民的素質(zhì)，而且能夠促進(jìn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。當(dāng)前，農(nóng)村地區(qū)的小學(xué)教育事業(yè)取得了一定的發(fā)展，然而，農(nóng)村小學(xué)教育仍然存在著許多的問(wèn)題。本文主要從教師的老齡化嚴(yán)重，教師和學(xué)生的流失嚴(yán)重，留守兒童問(wèn)題，小學(xué)“撤點(diǎn)并校”中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行研究分析，進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的解決方法。從而更加有利于緩解和解決農(nóng)村地區(qū)在小學(xué)教育
