1、摘要隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,如何提高運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)率已成為一個(gè)迫在眉睫的問題。但必須以保證行駛的安全為前提,汽車的制動(dòng)性是一個(gè)重要的參數(shù)。因此,對(duì)汽制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的研究、開發(fā)是汽車工業(yè)重要的課題。如何改善汽車的制動(dòng)效能、改善制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)微型客車系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)對(duì)微型客車系統(tǒng)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)出合理的符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)整車主要參數(shù)和相關(guān)車型,制定出制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算確定前、后盤式制動(dòng)器、制動(dòng)主缸的主要尺寸和結(jié)構(gòu)形式。繪制出了前、后制動(dòng)器裝配圖、制動(dòng)主缸裝配圖、制動(dòng)管路布置圖。最終對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)
2、出的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。另外在設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí)考慮了其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工作可靠、成本低等因素。結(jié)果表明設(shè)計(jì)出的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是合理的、符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的。關(guān)鍵詞:微型客車;制動(dòng);鼓式制動(dòng)器;制動(dòng)主缸;液壓系統(tǒng)AbstractAsChineserapideconomicdevelopment,howtoimprovetransportproductivityhasbecomeapressingissue.However,itmustbetoensurethesafetyoftravellingonthepremisethatthebrakeofthecarisani
