3、ns.So,it’sveryimportanttomakeacontrastivestudyontheculturalconnotationsofbasiccolorwordsinbothEnglishandChinese.ThispapercomparesthecolorwordsinEnglishandChinesefromdifferentangles.Firstly,thispaperwillhaveabriefreviewofpreviousstudiesoncolorwords,and
4、thenthediscussionontheculturalconnotationsaswellastheirdifferencesandsimilaritiesofthiskindofwordwillbecarriedout.Besides,thecausesofthesimilaritiesanddissimilaritieswillbeprobed.Intheend,thispaperputsforwardsomeimplication.Withtheaidfromtheaboveattem

6、e;English;Comparison摘要顏色詞不僅僅簡(jiǎn)單表示物體的顏色，它還包含著豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，顏色所負(fù)載的文化內(nèi)涵相當(dāng)豐富，是其它各類(lèi)詞匯難以比擬的。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，人們不僅用顏色表達(dá)對(duì)色彩的偏好，選擇，想法和感受。顏色詞也蘊(yùn)含了一個(gè)集體的價(jià)值觀。隨著中國(guó)日益發(fā)展昌盛，和西方國(guó)家的跨文化交際也日益頻繁，基本顏色詞因具諸多的文化內(nèi)涵常會(huì)在跨文化交際中常引起誤讀。因此英漢顏色詞的對(duì)比研究具有重要的意義。本文從不同角度，對(duì)漢顏色詞進(jìn)行了比較。首先是文獻(xiàn)回顧，介紹了英漢語(yǔ)種的基本顏色詞匯、國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)顏
