5、制造車輪實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)踐相集合。選用合理的毛坯和刀具,制定正確的工藝路線和精粗基準(zhǔn),從而制造出合理完善的設(shè)計(jì)?,F(xiàn)今社會(huì)在不斷發(fā)展,各個(gè)行業(yè)都有著許多變化。汽車如今在社會(huì)中擔(dān)當(dāng)著必不可少的交通工具,許多行業(yè)都需要依靠汽車來運(yùn)輸完成,因此提高偏心軸的使用時(shí)間的長度就成為一個(gè)主要而必要問題。本論文研究偏心軸的毛坯形成及其加工,其中切削加工為主線,所以對材料和加工工藝進(jìn)行了工藝規(guī)程。在加工過程中的粗精基準(zhǔn)的選擇直接關(guān)系到車輪的使用及工藝要求。全面的進(jìn)行制造工藝不但有利于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高,也有利于產(chǎn)品成本的降低。偏心零件的加工是機(jī)械加工中的難點(diǎn),對于象偏心軸承、凸輪等偏大心
6、零件的加工目前普遍采用三爪、四爪卡盤,在普通機(jī)床上加工。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,對偏大心零件的需求越來越多,精度也越來越高,因此對該類偏心夾具的需求也相應(yīng)的增加,其應(yīng)用前景廣闊。偏心軸類零件是常見的典型零件之一。按軸類零件結(jié)構(gòu)形式不同,一般可分為光軸偏心、階梯軸偏心和異形偏心軸等;或分為實(shí)心偏心軸、空心偏心軸等。它們在機(jī)器中同樣用來支承齒輪、帶輪等傳動(dòng)零件,以傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩或運(yùn)動(dòng)。臺(tái)階偏心軸的加工工藝較為典型,反映了偏心軸類零件的大部分內(nèi)容與基本規(guī)律下面就介紹一種偏心軸常用的加工工藝。13大連職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告第1章緒論隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和市場要求的變化及競爭
7、的加劇,傳統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)發(fā)展到一個(gè)嶄新的階段,傳統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)不斷吸取機(jī)械、電子、信息、材料、能源及現(xiàn)代化管理技術(shù)成果,并將其綜合應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期成為“市場-設(shè)計(jì)-制造-市場”的大的生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng),在生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)中,各個(gè)專業(yè)間不斷交叉融洽,其界限逐漸淡化甚至消失,總目標(biāo)是以滿足市場的要求作為其戰(zhàn)略決策的核心,以取得理想的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,所以說掌握機(jī)械制造工藝方法和加工工藝過程以適應(yīng)科技發(fā)展的需要,是一個(gè)值得探索的課題。通過本次論文撰寫,是我所學(xué)的有關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來,并使相關(guān)的知識(shí)得到充分的利用,不僅從來理論知識(shí)層面上有一個(gè)飛躍性的提高,而且使專業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)
