1、內(nèi)圓磨床主軸設(shè)計(jì)摘要電主軸是加工機(jī)床的核心部件,它的精度直接決定了整個(gè)機(jī)床的加工精度,因此,開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)擁有自主產(chǎn)權(quán)的高精密電主軸是機(jī)械行業(yè)的迫切需求。針對(duì)這一需要,本文從以下幾個(gè)方面去設(shè)計(jì)的:在電主軸的結(jié)構(gòu)上運(yùn)用最佳跨距計(jì)算方法,做出軸的最合理的結(jié)構(gòu);在布局上采用比較流行的內(nèi)置電機(jī),循環(huán)油冷卻系統(tǒng),角接觸混合陶瓷球軸承,油潤(rùn)滑,彈簧預(yù)緊的典型形式。結(jié)構(gòu)緊促縮小了主軸系統(tǒng)占用的空間,循環(huán)油冷卻系統(tǒng)保證了主軸和軸承運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的熱量很快散出去,油潤(rùn)滑在帶走軸承產(chǎn)生的熱量同時(shí)對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行了潤(rùn)滑;在裝配上,嚴(yán)格要求各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的精度,尤其在軸
2、承的裝配上,根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)值,采用選配法,保證了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的精度;在電主軸的性能分析上,通過(guò)定量去分析電主軸的穩(wěn)定性,定性去分析其動(dòng)態(tài)平衡性和熱穩(wěn)定性,并加入了仿真分析。所設(shè)計(jì)的電主軸,減少了中間傳動(dòng)環(huán)節(jié),因此使機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)空間減小,同時(shí)它比傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)圓磨床轉(zhuǎn)速更高,能耗更小,且傳動(dòng)更加平穩(wěn),因此加工精度更高,在保證加工質(zhì)量的同時(shí)提高了效率。關(guān)鍵詞:電主軸角接觸混合陶瓷球軸承油潤(rùn)滑仿真分析33AbstractElectro-spindleisthecorecomponentofmachinetools,itsaccuracydirectlyde
