1、武漢輕工大學(xué)2013屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目:玩具海豚的Adams仿真姓名學(xué)號(hào)院系機(jī)械工程學(xué)院專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師曹梅麗2013年6月37武漢輕工大學(xué)2013屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書摘要近年來(lái),虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)制造行業(yè),在玩具設(shè)計(jì)制造業(yè)中同樣應(yīng)用廣泛。該技術(shù)首先應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)三維建模軟件,建立玩具系統(tǒng)的三維實(shí)體模型,然后利用仿真軟件進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)估玩具系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)性能,使玩具的設(shè)計(jì)制造過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了柔性化和高效化。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的運(yùn)用不僅提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率,還不斷為設(shè)計(jì)者們提供思路改善玩具的各項(xiàng)性能,從而使得研究開發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)成本不斷降低,
2、同時(shí)也使得玩具市場(chǎng)更加繁榮。為了適應(yīng)消費(fèi)者的需求,研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)出更新更多種類的玩具產(chǎn)品,虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)得到了進(jìn)一步的運(yùn)用。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和運(yùn)用,整個(gè)玩具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程不斷簡(jiǎn)化,大大減少了開發(fā)成本和設(shè)計(jì)周期。本課題通過(guò)運(yùn)用UG和Adams對(duì)玩具海豚進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的仿真。首先,對(duì)海豚玩具進(jìn)行拆卸、測(cè)繪,然后在UG軟件中進(jìn)行三維零件建模并裝配,裝配完后將其導(dǎo)入ADAMS軟件中進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的仿真和分析,通過(guò)不斷的調(diào)試和參數(shù)的設(shè)定,實(shí)現(xiàn)了玩具海豚的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真。最后,對(duì)仿真的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案。關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬樣機(jī)三維建模仿真運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)37武漢輕工大學(xué)2013屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明
