1、聰明人在工作場合不該說的話工作中,心急口快者很容易得罪人。所謂說者無意,聽者有心。因此要學(xué)會謹言慎行,盡量避免使用不適當(dāng)?shù)恼Z句,不說不該說的話。Don'tsay:"That'snotmyjob."Why:Ifyoursuperiorasksyoutodosomething,itisyourjob.Insteadsay:"I'mnotsurethatshouldbemypriorityrightnow."Thenhaveaconversationwithyourbossaboutyourrespo

5、dedattention.不要說"Idon'thavetimetotalktoyou."(我沒時間跟你說。)無論是當(dāng)面說還是在電話里說,這話都是相當(dāng)粗魯?shù)?。我們可以說"I'mjustfinishingsomethinguprightnow.CanIcomebywhenI'mdone?"(我現(xiàn)在正忙著要完成一些事情,等我做完了再來找你行嗎?)禮貌地向別人解釋為什么現(xiàn)在不行,并且提出稍后的約定時間。打電話時除非你能把所有注意力都放在對方身上,否則就選擇語音郵件的形式吧。
