2、細(xì)菌性病害之一,選育和種植抗病桑樹品種是控制病害的有效技術(shù)措施。通過建立自然誘發(fā)病圃鑒定47個桑樹雜交組合對青枯病的抗性,篩選出4個高抗雜交組合;采用離體嫩梢人工接種法鑒定29個桑樹雜交組合對引發(fā)青枯病的腸桿菌屬(Eenterbacterspp.)病原細(xì)菌菌株GDE001、GXE039的侵染抵抗性,獲得對2個病原細(xì)菌菌株均為高抗的雜交組合5個。試驗數(shù)據(jù)的方差分析表明,桑樹不同雜交組合對青枯病的抗性差異顯著,母本的抗病性對一代雜交組合的抗病性影響極顯著,而父本的影響不顯著。上述2種抗病性鑒定方法均可
