2、所,北京100081摘要:通過(guò)EMS誘變普通小麥品系H261,獲得一個(gè)穩(wěn)定遺傳的斑點(diǎn)葉突變體LF2010。自然條件下,該突變體在三葉期葉片基部第一片葉最先出現(xiàn)黃色斑點(diǎn),隨著植株生長(zhǎng)從基部老葉片到上部新生葉片依次出現(xiàn)黃斑,最后葉片上斑點(diǎn)逐漸增多并擴(kuò)散到全片葉、葉鞘、穎殼和麥芒。斑點(diǎn)部位不存在細(xì)胞死亡,斑點(diǎn)性狀的表達(dá)受光照和溫度誘導(dǎo),突變體的色素含量、光合速率隨著斑點(diǎn)的出現(xiàn)而顯著下降。突變體的株高、有效穗數(shù)、單株產(chǎn)量、穗長(zhǎng)、結(jié)實(shí)率和旗葉長(zhǎng)等農(nóng)藝性狀顯著下降,但是千粒重和旗葉寬卻與野生型無(wú)差異。將突變體與正常綠色品系雜交,對(duì)其F1、F2和BC1代的遺傳分析表明,L
