2、的分離物菌落形態(tài)、菌絲生長(zhǎng)速率、菌核產(chǎn)生位置、菌核數(shù)量及重量均有差異。88?jìng)€(gè)分離物按菌落特征分為5型,每種菌落形態(tài)分離物之間在菌絲生長(zhǎng)速率、菌核數(shù)量及重量方面也存在顯著差異。菌絲體親和型測(cè)定表明,88?jìng)€(gè)分離物共分為29個(gè)菌絲體親和群(MCG),其中24個(gè)(82.8%)親和群由自身親和的單個(gè)分離物組成,最大的親和群由來(lái)自綏化、鶴崗和佳木斯地區(qū)的43個(gè)分離物組成。同一親和群內(nèi)分離物的生物學(xué)特性也不一致。表明黑龍江省大豆菌核病菌具有較豐富的多樣性和遺傳異質(zhì)性。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆,核盤菌,生長(zhǎng)特性,菌絲體親和群中圖分類號(hào):S435.651文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1007-9084(2013)03-0307

6、erofsclerotiaandsclerotiumweightweresignificantdifferentamongthefivecolonytypesgeneratedby88S.sclerotiorumisolates.Analysisofmycelialcompatibilityrevealedthat29mycelialcompatibilitygroups(MCGs)weregenerated,24(82.8%)ofwhichwereconsistedofonlyoneisolatecompatibleself-self.Among29MCGs,thelargestone
