1、33份曬煙種質(zhì)資源SSR標(biāo)記的指紋圖譜構(gòu)建劉國(guó)祥鄒昆晏任民佟英馮全福楊愛國(guó)戴培剛徐宜民張興偉農(nóng)業(yè)部煙草生物學(xué)與加工重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院煙草研宄所為分析我國(guó)曬煙種質(zhì)資源的遺傳多樣性，并構(gòu)建曬煙種質(zhì)資源的指紋圖譜，本研究利用25對(duì)SSR標(biāo)記對(duì)33份曬煙材料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明，25對(duì)SSR引物共檢測(cè)到112個(gè)等位基因，平均每個(gè)標(biāo)記4.31個(gè)，觀測(cè)雜合度（Ho）平均值為0.0028,預(yù)期雜合度（He）平均值為0.6039<>Shannon’s信息指數(shù)I為1.1389,Nei,s多樣性指數(shù)（H）為0.569
2、3,33份曬煙種質(zhì)資源的遺傳多樣性相對(duì)豐富。UPGMA聚類分析表明，在相似性系數(shù)0.345處，可將供試煙草資源分為兩個(gè)類群。同時(shí)，利用25對(duì)引物構(gòu)建丫33個(gè)曬煙品種的指紋圖譜，為曬煙品種鑒定體系的研宂奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。本研宂可為我國(guó)曬煙種質(zhì)資源的鑒定與利用、優(yōu)異基因的挖掘、育種親本材料的選擇等提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞：曬煙;種質(zhì)資源;簡(jiǎn)單序列重復(fù);遺傳多樣性;指紋圖譜;劉國(guó)祥（1988—），助理研究員，，主要研究方向?yàn)闊煵莘N質(zhì)資源，Tel:0532-88702169，Email:liuguoxiang@caas
