1、33份曬煙種質(zhì)資源SSR標(biāo)記的指紋圖譜構(gòu)建劉國(guó)祥鄒昆晏任民佟英馮全福楊愛國(guó)戴培剛徐宜民張興偉農(nóng)業(yè)部煙草生物學(xué)與加工重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院煙草研宄所為分析我國(guó)曬煙種質(zhì)資源的遺傳多樣性,并構(gòu)建曬煙種質(zhì)資源的指紋圖譜,本研究利用25對(duì)SSR標(biāo)記對(duì)33份曬煙材料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,25對(duì)SSR引物共檢測(cè)到112個(gè)等位基因,平均每個(gè)標(biāo)記4.31個(gè),觀測(cè)雜合度(Ho)平均值為0.0028,預(yù)期雜合度(He)平均值為0.6039<>Shannon’s信息指數(shù)I為1.1389,Nei,s多樣性指數(shù)(H)為0.569
