1、神經(jīng)內(nèi)科門診老年患者心理特點(diǎn)及護(hù)理價(jià)值探討江蘇省宜興市人民醫(yī)院門診部目的探討神經(jīng)內(nèi)科老年患者心理特點(diǎn)及護(hù)理價(jià)值。方法選取該院曾在2014年8月一2016年8月所接收的300例患有神經(jīng)內(nèi)科的老年患者，并隨機(jī)把這300例患者分為對(duì)照組和研宄組，每組150例，其中對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，研宄組在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上分析患者心理特點(diǎn)并給予針對(duì)性護(hù)理措施，并對(duì)2組患者的護(hù)理滿意度、負(fù)面情緒改善效果進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)比。結(jié)果在滿意度的比較上，研究組為91.33%,對(duì)照組為79.33%,研究組高于對(duì)照組，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;在負(fù)而情緒

8、退化，容易引發(fā)各類并發(fā)癥，與此同時(shí)，老年患者的心理特點(diǎn)與年輕患者相比更容易出現(xiàn)緊張和焦慮的情況，因此，也就導(dǎo)致了其治療和護(hù)理隱患都頗多Ill?；诖?，該院針對(duì)2014年8月一2016年8月所接收的300例患有祌經(jīng)內(nèi)科疾病的老年患者的心理特點(diǎn)和其具體的護(hù)理措施做如下的分析和說明，希望可以為提高神經(jīng)內(nèi)科的老
