1、摘要隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和工作生活節(jié)奏的加快，人們對食品的需求越來越大。零售商為了提高銷售服務水平，對冷鏈物流配送的要求也越來越高了，冷鏈物流配送系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展滯后，己成為制約我國物流企業(yè)的瓶頸，要如何改造企業(yè)的冷鏈配送系統(tǒng)，提高其配送效率，其中一個主要問題就是冷鏈物流配送中心選址決策。因此研究構建成本最小化的冷鏈物流配送中心選址問題的數(shù)學模型具有重要的理論和實踐意義。本文以某工廠冷鏈物流配送中心選址為分析對象,采用重心法結合層次分析法對實例進行分析。首先，使用重心法根據(jù)總運輸成本最少的目標求出在地圖上較為合適的坐標點作為候選地。接著，運用層次分
2、析法綜合考慮影響冷鏈物流配送中心選址的定性和定量因素，以求出最優(yōu)選址方案。在冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)中，冷鏈物流配送中心的選址是冷鏈物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化中一個具有戰(zhàn)略意義的重要問題。然而影響冷鏈物流配送中心選址的因素既有定性因素也有定量因素，單一地運用定性或定量分析法都不可避免地存在局限性。因此綜合運用重心法和層次分析法可以求得較為準確的最優(yōu)解。關鍵詞：冷鏈；配送中心；選址；重心法；層次分析法ABSTRACTWorkwiththedevelopmentofsocialeconomyandtheacceleratingrhythmoflife,people'sd
