2、.(TrainControlandMonitoringSystem)hasbeenintroducedforanefficientreal-timeoperatingsystem.Buttheproblemsoftestingincreasingcomplexdigitalintegratedsystemcontinuetochallengethedesignandtestcommunity.I.C.E.(In-CircuitEmulation)implementationcanbeateithertheboardorchipl
3、evel.MostICEsareboard-leveldesignssuitableforboard-leveltargetsystems.However,inresponsetotheneedforbetterperformance,morefunctionality,andahigherdegreeofintegration.SowecomparedARMcoretoMotorola680xxindesignmainprocessorpartthatcanbeusedonrailroadsynthesisTiltingTra
4、inmaincontrolpart.IndexTerms—TCMS,ICE,ARM.I.INTRODUCTIONJ.T.A.G.(JointTestAccessGroup)isthestandardofIEEEStd1149.1-1990,IEEEStandardTestAccessPortandBoundary-scanArchitecture.AndJTAGportisfoundinallthehardwarewhichisproducedrecently.Butitscommonuseisjustloadingprogra
5、mswithindependentcommunicationbetweenhostboardandtargetboard.Ifthesystemiscompleted,youmustfirstinspectpowerofimpressedsystemandseeifitssupplylineforeachdeviceoperatesproperly.Youalsoexamineconnectionsofeachpinwithtesterorjumpertesterandconfirmthatsolderingandpowersu
6、pplybetweenterminalareinnormal.Itiseasyforthechipspreviously8bitwhichhasafewpins,butunreasonableforARMcoreof200pinsdegree.Accordinglyitneedstheinterfacewhichishadbuilt-in,JTAG.TheresearchwhichitseeswillplanthesystemappliedforT.C.M.S.(TrainControlandMonitoringSystem)a
