2、業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院,云南昆明650201)摘要:【目的l為了明確不同鐮孢菌對玉米莖腐病、鞘腐病和穗腐病的致病性?!痉椒ā坎捎猛寥澜泳?、穿刺接菌和孢子懸浮液接菌的方法?!窘Y(jié)果1證明層出鐮孢菌(Fusariumproliferatum)、輪枝鐮孢菌(verticillioides)可引起玉米莖腐病,禾谷鐮孢菌(柙一minearum)可引起穗腐病、鞘府病,而尖孢鐮孢菌(F.oxysporum)則通過復(fù)合侵染引起病害?!窘Y(jié)論】將各類鐮孢菌分別接種不同生育期的玉米植株,觀察株高、病斑大小、玉米發(fā)育程度和籽粒的形成情況,研究各鐮孢茵菌株對玉米植株的影響程度,分析各菌株的致
