6、業(yè)主要限于闡明事理和傳授知識(shí),監(jiān)督學(xué)生,師生之間是直接的傳遞和接受關(guān)系,師生關(guān)系的單一性與教師角色的單一性之間是一致的。然而在當(dāng)代,雖然教師作為文化傳承的執(zhí)行者的基本職能并沒有改變,但他卻不再像以往那樣直接以權(quán)威的身份授予學(xué)生以學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),而是通過更加間接的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)文化傳遞的職能,他往往以各種方式調(diào)動(dòng)和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計(jì)的情境中進(jìn)行探索,師生之間已不再是單一的授受關(guān)系,同時(shí)可能是同伴關(guān)系,組織者與參與者的關(guān)系,以及幫助參與被幫助的關(guān)系等,教師的角色也相應(yīng)地向多重性變化。關(guān)鍵詞:單一性調(diào)動(dòng)引導(dǎo)角色
