1、中文摘要摘要:隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及城市化、機(jī)動(dòng)化進(jìn)程的加快,城市交通擁擠現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,是解決大城市交通問題的必然選擇。城市公共交通系統(tǒng)能否正常和高效地運(yùn)營,不僅取決于道路和車輛等設(shè)施條件,更有賴于運(yùn)營管理手段和技術(shù)手段的先進(jìn)性。本文在分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮配車和配班問題的目標(biāo)及約束,以配車和配班成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),構(gòu)建了公共交通行車計(jì)劃編制協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化模型。通過分析IC卡數(shù)據(jù),確定斷面客流,并以此為基礎(chǔ)計(jì)算發(fā)車間隔,確定行車時(shí)刻表;基于我國包乘制現(xiàn)狀,通過約束實(shí)現(xiàn)抽車、加車以及就餐安排,優(yōu)化了模型,使
2、模型應(yīng)用更符合實(shí)際;采用LINGO軟件求解模型,得出配車計(jì)劃,同時(shí)以8小時(shí)或4小時(shí)工作時(shí)間為約束,得出配班計(jì)劃。本文不僅通過構(gòu)建約束實(shí)現(xiàn)了我國包乘制特點(diǎn)下的抽車、加車以及就餐問題,還考慮了不同的班型,并通過約束首末站停站時(shí)間提高有效工作時(shí)間。論文對本文研究的模型和算法進(jìn)行了示例分析,驗(yàn)證了模型與算法的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:公交行車計(jì)劃編制;公交IC卡數(shù)據(jù);LINGO;整數(shù)規(guī)劃;協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化分類號(hào):U492.2+2ABSTRACTABSTRACTABSTRACT:Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomicandspeedingupoftheurbanizationan
