7、-要求:1.完成模具總裝圖(3D電子文檔);2.完成總裝配圖,圖紙符合國家制圖標(biāo)準(zhǔn);3.繪制工程圖,圖紙符合國家制圖標(biāo)準(zhǔn).4.編寫設(shè)計說明書.(A4紙打印)工件圖工件名稱:墊片工件簡圖:如圖所示生產(chǎn)批量:大批量工件材料:紫銅材料厚度:1mm一.沖壓件工藝性分析此工件只有沖孔和落料兩個工序。材料為紫銅,具有良好的沖壓性能,適合沖裁。工件結(jié)果簡單,有2個直徑10mm的孔;孔與孔,孔與邊緣之間的距離滿足要求,工件的尺寸全部為自由公差,可看著IT14級,尺寸精度底,普通沖裁就能滿足要求。二.沖壓工藝方案的確
8、定該工件包括落料沖孔兩個基本工序,可有以下三種工藝方案:-13-方案一:先落料,后沖孔。采用單工序模生產(chǎn)。方案二:落料—沖孔復(fù)合沖壓。采用復(fù)合模生產(chǎn)。方案三:沖孔—落料級進沖壓。采用級進模生產(chǎn)。方案一模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,但需要兩道工序兩套模具,成本高而生產(chǎn)效率低,難以滿足大批量生產(chǎn)要求。方案二只需一套模具,工作精度及生產(chǎn)效率都比較高,但制造難度大,并且沖壓成品件留在模具上,清理模具上的物料影響沖壓速度,操作不方便。方案三也只需要一副模具,生產(chǎn)效率高,操作方便,設(shè)計簡單,由于
