5、aticandtransdisciplinaryheuristicthatinvolvesthecarefuldelineationofthephenomenaforwhichevidenceisbeingcollected(event,concept,program,process,etc.).Notwithstandingavarietyofdefinitionsanddescriptionspertinenttoacasestudybyanumberofresearchers,itisnoteasytodefineacasestudyandidentifyitscharacteri
