2、病力檢測,并對致病菌進(jìn)行了形態(tài)學(xué)鑒定及rDNA-ITS序列分析。研究結(jié)果表明,病樣組織中可分離到兩種疑似病原菌,分離比例為4.8︰1,初步鑒定為鏈格孢(Alternariaalternata)和細(xì)極鏈格孢(A.tenuissima)。進(jìn)一步rDNA-ITS分析結(jié)果表明,兩種病原菌5.8SrDNA及其兩側(cè)ITS區(qū)序列分別與GenBank中序列號為KF380822.1、HM467832.1的同源性最高,均為99%,由此確定兩種病原菌分別為鏈格孢Alternariaalternata和細(xì)極鏈格孢A.ten
