2、采取55℃熱鹽水、2%水楊酸、20mmol/L脫氧膽酸鈉3個(gè)致萎縮因素配合饑飽失常造成大鼠CAG模型,分別運(yùn)用復(fù)方蜥蜴散大、中、小劑量及維酶素治療,記錄各組大鼠體重變化,以TUNEL法測(cè)定各組大鼠胃黏膜細(xì)胞凋亡率。結(jié)果:造模后大鼠體重增加緩慢,與正常組大鼠相比體重明顯減輕(P<0.01)。治療4周后,復(fù)方蜥蜴散大劑量組較模型組體重略有增加(P<0.05)。與正常組相比,模型組凋亡細(xì)胞指數(shù)顯著升高(P<0.01);與模型組相比,各治療組胃黏膜細(xì)胞凋亡率顯著升高(P<0.01);與維酶素組相比,復(fù)方蜥蜴散治療各組胃黏膜細(xì)胞凋亡率顯著升高(P<0.05);與復(fù)方蜥蜴散小劑量組比較,復(fù)方
