2、。方法選用60只成年雄性SD大鼠,將大鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組分別于術(shù)后1d、2d、3d、4d、5d處死;取雙側(cè)三叉神經(jīng)節(jié)、腦干三叉神經(jīng)脊束核、大腦皮層,應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)檢測(cè)Integrin-αm表達(dá)情況,所獲數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)方差分析和t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果對(duì)照組的雙側(cè)三叉神經(jīng)節(jié)、腦干三叉神經(jīng)脊束核、大腦皮層區(qū)可見(jiàn)極少量Integrin-αm表達(dá),正畸治療加力后能誘導(dǎo)Integrin-αm在上述區(qū)域的表達(dá),隨著加力時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)(1~5d),其表達(dá)水平逐漸增加,與對(duì)照組相比存在顯著差別(P<0.01)。結(jié)論正畸治療加力后炎性相關(guān)因子Integ
